Notarial fees are charged in accordance with Maryland notary law.

As a mobile notary, additional fees may be charged for travel and convenience fees. All fees are agreed upon with the client in advance.

Additional fees may include:

• Travel outside the standard service area
• Same-day or last-minute appointment requests
• After-hours, evening, weekend, or holiday appointments
• Extended appointments or multiple signers

All fees will be clearly disclosed and agreed upon prior to the appointment. Payment is due at the time services are rendered.

**NOTE:

Travel fees are typically due at the time services are rendered. However, if the round-trip travel distance exceeds 10 miles, the travel fee must be paid in advance. Regardless of whether the travel fee is paid in advance or at the time of service, all travel fees are non-refundable once travel to the appointment location has commenced.
